The Lodge

Our Willow Bank Lodge is thoughtfully designed to provide a cosy and spacious environment, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. It features one double room and one twin room, perfect for families or friends looking to unwind and a large lounge where you can relax while watching your favourite shows on the wall-mounted TV. The lodge itself is situated only a stone throw from breathtaking Puck's Glen beauty.

The lodge comes equipped with a fully furnished kitchen, including a dining table for four, cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and all the cutlery and crockery you'll need. The bathroom is fitted with a standard shower arrangement for your convenience. To ensure your comfort, the lodge is double-glazed and features electric wall-mounted panel heaters throughout, along with additional ceramic heaters in the living room and master bedroom.

Step outside to the large covered veranda, complete with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while taking in the stunning surroundings. For families, a child's cot can be provided upon request. We welcome well-behaved dogs by prior arrangement for a small additional charge, ensuring your furry friends can join in on the fun. Please remember that smoking is not permitted within the lodge.

 

 

How to Find Us

Willow Bank Lodge is conveniently located just six miles north of Dunoon on the A815, making it easily accessible for those travelling from Glasgow and beyond.

By Car

Take the A82 towards Crianlarich along the western side of Loch Lomond, then turn onto the A83 towards Inverary. After passing Cairndow, turn left onto the A815, and you will find Lamont Lodges on your left, just past Benmore Botanical Gardens. This scenic drive takes approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes.

By Ferry

An alternative route is available via Western Ferries, which operates a regular service from Hunter's Quay to McInroy's Point, just north of Dunoon. After disembarking, it's only a quick 10-minute drive to our lodges. If you're travelling by train or bicycle, the passenger-only ferry from Gourock train station directly to Dunoon pier is also a convenient option.
